Let Your Love Flow! 3 Steps to do just that!

Hi, my dear reader,

At this moment I am smelling the best candle called Boat Ride from a cute boutique shop in Little Rock, Arkansas from my latest visit.

It has been a while since I have been on my blog. The summer was a busy one with family time and travel.

Yes, travel to Oahu, Hawaii!!! It was one of the best family trips by far and it was also a very healing trip for me. There is nothing like the sun shining on your face reminding you of the love of God! The abundance that God wants to share with us through his creation is insurmountable. The abundance of God's message in Hawaii reminded me that our loved ones, ( my precious brother Vincent, and others are smiling with God inviting us to partake in this wonderful life and enjoy God's creation without shame, guilt or FEAR.

I believed all of that while I was in Hawaii. I did!

( A delicious rainbow that I was able to see several times while I was there!)

( My lovely matcha tea with almond milk, my view from the hotel, and the sun against my face.)

Then when you come back to reality, you have to battle the world once again. There is a division between LOVE and FEAR and it is always up to us what we choose.

( I want to live here more often!)

I was in the LOVE lane in Hawaii believing that God was good and that he truly did not want me to fear or live in a space that was unworthy or non-deserving.

However, as I said above, we come back to reality and the battle begins again. The pushing to the FEAR side takes place and I have to stay on guard and notice when I am going to that place. I have to notice so that I can come back to the LOVE Place!

The LOVE place. Yes, this is my most recent venture! The LOVE place in us is where our best gifts live. It is where we can release and give our best gifts to ourselves, our families, and the world.

We can come from the LOVE place!

The LOVE place. Our Father God is Love. His love is in us undoubtedly because we came from him. We are loved and we want to LOVE and share our gifts with the world. However, some of us struggle with figuring out how we want to express the LOVE we have within!

....ME ME ME ME.... Yes, I struggle with this too! How do I best want to LOVE my community? The people who God wants me to interact with! How do I do it?

I have been in the learning zone as to how to love my children, husband, and family, but how do I go even further and show my true self to YOU?

And so my dear one........ For me......

I write.

This is what I know how to do to connect to my people!

I write.

I feel more comfortable expressing my true self through writing.

I go deep to my LOVE space and I let out what needs to be let out.

What comes out is my thoughts, struggles, ideas, passions, wisdom, joy, encouragement, and love that wants to be expressed in real-time. I am honored to share it! I am honored that anyone will even read it. I am honored to be on a path that invites others to come along with me. I am honored. I am overjoyed that you are here to partake with me and experience the LOVE it is that I have to share with you!

I am not perfect.

There is no right way to write or express.

I express.

When I feel the LOVE space get full in my body, I know it is time to let it out and express it through my writing! I express this through my blog, a text to a friend, a positive comment on Facebook, or a journal entry.

It is a practice to choose to let my LOVE space flow. I don't hold it in! I encourage you to not hold it in either:)

I think you get the point, my dear reader!

The LOVE space needs to be expressed in my opinion. It is a gift received and a gift given out to our people!

I have some questions for you as a Life Coach.

QUESTIONS:

1.) What do you need to express?

2.) How do you need to express it?

3.) How do you know when you feel full of LOVE?

4.) Are you holding yourself back in any way?

5.) What would happen if you did not hold yourself back from expressing love in YOUR way to your people?

6.) What will your life look like if you continue to hold yourself back?

Oh my! My dear reader! We are in this together! I want to continue to let my LOVE flow. This is what this life is about! We are all created differently and we all have a different way to express our love. We can do it!

There are 3 easy steps to express our LOVE!

1.) Wait on our Father God!- Walk and talk with him. Get to know him. Allow yourself to be immersed in his LOVE.

2.) Receive LOVE from our Father in heaven.- Be open to it! Believe that we are worthy of this unconditional love. Refrain from going to the FEAR side. It does not serve us. Refrain from going to the judgment and critical side/mind. It does not serve us. Believe that God is good and that you are good!

3.) Give LOVE away!- Give love away in a way that only YOU can. Do you like to paint, sing, dance, write, speak, build, decorate, start businesses, create workouts, etc....... Allow your LOVE space to create what you would like to express to your people! Let it out!

What step would you like to start today? There is no right or wrong. You may start where you are.
